At XCP Corp, all products are custom manufactured, configured, or assembled to customer
specifications. As a result, our return and refund policies differ from standard retail products.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products:
All products are made to order or customized based on customer-selected specifications.
All sales are final once production begins.
Returns, refunds, or cancellations are not permitted for custom, made-to-order, or modified
products, except in cases of manufacturer defect or shipping damage as outlined below.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before manufacturing has started.
Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
If cancellation is approved prior to production, any incurred costs (engineering, materials, or
processing fees) may be deducted from the refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item arrives defective or damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of
delivery.
Visible shipping damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
We may require:
o Photos or video documentation
o Serial numbers
o Return of defective components (at our discretion)
Refunds are issued only if repair or replacement is not feasible, as determined by XCP Corp.
Incorrect Orders Due to Customer Error
XCP Corp is not responsible for incorrect orders resulting from:
o Customer-provided specifications
o Incorrect measurements, voltage, or configuration selections
o Changes requested after order confirmation
Such orders are not eligible for return or refund.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact XCP Corp directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
Documentation of customization, production timelines, and order approval will be used to dispute
invalid chargebacks.
Restocking Fees: Returns that do not meet the condition requirements may be subject to
restocking fees, up to 100% of the item's value.
Warranty & Repairs:
Manufacturer's Warranty: All products manufactured and sold by XCP Corp come with a full-year
manufacturer’s warranty which covers parts and labor for one full year after the shipping date.
Warranty Assistance: If your product is experiencing issues, contact our Customer Service
Department at 352-678-3021 ext. 3. We will assist you in determining the best course of action to get
your item repaired or replaced under warranty.
Shipping policy
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, factors outside our control may cause
delays. At XCP Corp, each product is customized and manufactured to the customer’s specific
requirements. Because of this, all orders require a short production period prior to shipment.
Order Processing & Manufacturing Time
All items are custom-built or configured per customer specifications.
In-stock items require 3–4 business days for manufacturing and final quality inspection before
shipment.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next
business day.
Manufacturing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods & Transit Time
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on product size, weight, and destination.
Shipping transit times vary by carrier and location and are calculated at checkout or provided on
your invoice.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Because products are customized or manufactured to order, all sales are considered final once
production begins.
Any changes requested after manufacturing has started may result in additional charges and
extended lead times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
o Package dimensions and weight
o Shipping method selected
o Destination address
Freight shipments may require customer confirmation prior to release.
Delivery & Inspection
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery.
Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at time of delivery.
Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
International transit times vary by destination and customs processing.

STOLEN PACKAGES:
Unfortunately, packages may be stolen when left unattended. We do not refund or replace stolen
packages. To help prevent theft, we recommend having your package delivered to a trusted person if you are
unavailable to accept delivery. If your package has been stolen, you may be able to file a claim under your renters or homeowners
insurance policy. Additionally, your credit card may offer purchase protection, which may cover stolen
packages after delivery.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that both the billing and shipping addresses are correct at the
time of purchase. If an item is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not
responsible for refunding, replacing, or recalling the item. Please verify all address information carefully
before completing your order.
