During the onboarding registration process, Nayax gathers information regarding the industry in which XCP Nayax powered machine operations are conducted. However, in the event specific details regarding the products being sold are not obtained, then consequently, it is necessary for Nayax and the card acquirer to confirm the nature of the products/services sold on customers XCP Nayax powered vending machines.

It will require each Nayax customer to inform Nayax which products/services are sold on your XCP Nayax powered machine.  Nayax will ask you to provide several photos of vending (or similar unattended) machines with your XCP Nayax powered products/services sold on them:

1.  One photo showing the vending/unattended machine in its full size, switched-on, with the surroundings and where the Nayax device can be seen.

2.  Another – a close-up picture, with specific products/services being sold on the machines, so that shapes/names/prices of the products or services could be deciphered.
3. Nayax will require a respond to their customer sent email or initiate a case with Nayax Compliance by completing the provided form that is provided by Nayax within the next business week after receipt of the initial Nayax email after “Onboard” is completed by XCP Corp. 

If, after 30 (thirty) days from this notice, the above required information is not provided to Nayax, all Nayax devices held by the XCP Nayax powered product will be disconnected immediately.

Nayax explains that they are striving not to cause any interruptions to the payment clearing services and at the same time to comply with their credit card processing partner’s requirements.
