The VendaVolt M3P is a single charging station for one (1) electric vehicle for Level 2, 208-240 volt, 40 amp fully automatic adjustment for amperage, 16′ power cord with industry standard J1772 connector. The VendaVolt strong housing will stand up to commercial applications in public areas. Resistant to vandalism & extreme weather conditions. The NAYAX Cashless Payment Terminal is designed for interior and exterior applications. The Nayax terminal is a cashless and wireless payment system. It controls the time and cost of charging in seconds, minutes and hours. A pair of 9 position cord holders are mounted with three stainless steel carriage bolts on the side of the VendaVolt as shown in the photo below. Also includes a latching holder (holster) for the power cord plug and holders for the 25 foot of cord.

Operational Overview

The EV patron plugs the power cord into their vehicle, then swipes or inserts their credit card or makes payment with their cell phone app. The VendaVolt EV charger starts to send charging electricity to the EV vehicle. Charging will continue in a time mode until the EV patron presses the “STOP” button which also ends the count up process the same as when you purchase gas at the gas pump. As an example most locations charge in blocks of 15 minutes or 1 hour increments with an automatic “STOP” of the charge cycle at 4 hours. Payment and charging can be stopped by pressing the “Stop” button on the Nayax touch screen or the red push button on the J1772 holster.
