XCP Corp has supplied cash and cashless payment vending controls, card systems, card dispensers, and access-control equipment since 1965. Our specialty from the start has been cashless payments for machines that don't have a cashier standing next to them - especially coin-operated laundry washers and dryers. Every product line we build (timer stations, EV chargers, card dispensers, RFID terminals) grew out of that same problem: how do you take payment reliably on equipment nobody is watching?

Eli Winter and Brian Winter acquired XCP Corp on May 8, 2026, from longtime owners Diane and Darrell Rademacher, who built this business over 63 years and remain available as consultants. The people, the products, and the one-year warranty haven't changed - we're continuing the same standard of equipment and support customers have relied on since 1965, under new ownership committed to keeping it that way.
